In order to increase efficiency, safety, and offer more creative options for parents, Imagetek will be implementing some changes to picture day. For safety, we are doing away with location risers. This will completely eliminate the need for a "whole team at once" setup. Kids can leave after their individuals are taken - no more waiting around for the team shot. Everyone does need a picture done, so they end up in the team photo (no obligation to order). 

Important: For those needing to leave promptly, simply arrive early and join the queue. 

This is a first come, first served format.

All ordering will be done via proofing. You will be able to view your photos prior to ordering.

Surprise Breakfast

Surprise breakfast is  a surprise visit early one morning from the older kids to “surprise” the 10 and under swimmers and take them to the pool for a light breakfast in their pajamas and then a fun swim in the pool.  Please have a swim suit and towel ready at time of pickup for this event.

Swim-a-Lap
CK Pool

End: 11:00 AM (estimated)

All swimmers are highly encouraged to participate in this fun event. This is our biggest fundraiser. Swimmers can ask neighbors, friends, relatives, anyone to sponsor them in Swim-A-Lap and pledge an amount for each lap the child swims. Swimmers must sign-up their sponsors and pledges prior to swimming their laps. Swimmers have one hour to swim their laps. The swimmer then collects the pledged amount of money. All money must then be turned in to the Swim-A-Lap chairperson by the designated date to be eligible for prizes.

Thursday Night Dinner

This event is put on by swim team parent volunteers and swimmers ages 11 and older. This event is held on a Thursday evening in June, replacing a CK Family Night Dinner.  All pool members, swim team members, family, friends and neighbors are invited to this fun night to help support our CK Neptunes.

is a social event for the 11 and older kids occurring in the evening hours. It will be fun and a good way for the kids to bond. There will be games and snacks provided.   Please wear clothing that can get wet & messy, as well as athletic shoes!

Cherry Knolls Swim Team along with our neighbors in the Knolls rent out pirates cove for the evening for a private event and fundraiser for the swim team.
