Cherry Knolls Swim Team

Hi! My name is Kate-Hayden and I am so excited to be returning to the CK staff as co-head coach. I’ve been swimming on Cherry Knolls since I was six and coaching since I was 15. It’s always been my favorite part of the summer! At Arapahoe, I was a 4 year State Qualifier, co-captain my senior year with Lucy, and I swam year-round for HRA. In the fall, I will be heading into my junior year as a history major at Providence College (Go Friars!). See you on the pool deck!

Hi, my name is Lucy, and I will be a Junior at the University of Utah studying nursing!! This is my 15th season with Cherry Knolls, and it is the BEST part of my summer!! Along with summer swim team, I swam on Arapahoe High School's Varsity Swim Team for 4 years and was a captain my senior year. I can't wait to get to know and teach all of the swimmers!!! Along with swimming, I love to snowboard, camp, draw, and spend time with friends and family. I can't wait for an amazing season!! Go Neptunes!! 

Hi! My name is Alex Pazos and I will be an assistant coach again this season. I just graduated from Arapahoe High School. This will be my 14th season with Cherry Knolls, and my third year coaching. I played rugby for Valor Christian High School and ultimate frisbee at Arapahoe. I can’t wait to coach the 11-12s this season and see what amazing things we can accomplish. Go Neptunes!

Hi! My name is Hayden Pevarnik and I will be an assistant coach again this season. I am going to be a Senior at Arapahoe High School in the fall. Aside from summer swim team, I am also a varsity swimmer at  Arapahoe. This will be my 11th year swimming for Cherry Knolls! My favorite events are the 200 Free and the 100 Fly! I am so excited to coach the 7-8's and to have a great season. Go Neptunes!!!

Hi! I’m Sawyer, and I am going to be a Senior at Arapahoe High School.  I swim for Arapahoe & love kids! This is my second year as an assistant coach for Cherry Knolls, and I am also a lifeguard at Cherry Knolls Pool. I have been on CKST since I was 5, and I love swimming and coaching!! I am very excited to have another great season with The Neptunes!!! 

Hi! My name is Calla Stafford and I am going to be a junior at Arapahoe High School in the fall. This will be my 6th season with Cherry Knolls and my first season being an assistant coach! Aside from summer swim I also participate in Heritage high school’s marching band and winter guard. I can’t wait to have an amazing season with The Neptunes!!
