Hello Neptune Families –

Welcome to the 2019 season! We’re just 5 DAYS away from starting after school practices Monday, May 20!

Watch for Neptune News emails sent each Sunday that will include reminders to register kids and volunteer jobs for that week’s meet. The Neptune News also will be posted on the website, where you can always find up-to-date info., event dates, email addresses - and oh so much more!

AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE SCHEDULE: MAY 20-24

Practices are Monday through Thursday next week. If the temperature is below 60 degrees or if there is thunder and lightning, kids will not be able to get in the water. Coaches will have alternate activities for those days, so please plan to have your kids attend. Check the website for the most up-to-date information daily.

POOL MEMBERSHIP must be PAID by Monday, May 20, or we cannot allow your child in the water.

No practices Friday, May 24, or Monday, May 27, and morning practices begin Tuesday, May 28.

WEEK OF MAY 20 AFTER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

  • 3:15-3:50 p.m. – 6 and under
  • 3:45-4:20 p.m. – 7-8
  • 4:15-5:00 p.m. – 9-10
  • 4:55-5:50 p.m. – 11-12
  • 5:45-6:45 p.m – 13-18

*Practice Squad members will swim with their age groups this year.

*If you will still be in school after Memorial Day, please let us know by Saturday and we'll send you details of planned practices for your kids.

RULES OF PRACTICE

  • No one allowed on the deck (cement) except for children when it is THEIR practice time.
  • Put away all of your chairs, trash, and gather belongings before you leave.
  • Baby Pool is CLOSED during practices.
  • No unsupervised children under the age of 11 allowed at the pool outside of their practice time.

KIDS-ONLY KICK-OFF DINNER: TUESDAY, MAY 28

All Swim Team and Practice Squad members attend this kids-only event with the coaches on May 28 from 6-7 pm. Dinner will be served, but they WILL NOT be swimming, so no suits needed.

ALL PARENT MEETING: TUESDAY, MAY 28

Please attend this all parent meeting at the pool May 29 at 6:15 p.m. during the kids-only Kick-Off dinner. We’ll review important changes and information for the season. Team suits and apparel ordered from Out of Breath Sports and trucker hats for ALL team members will be available for pick up.
