Good Morning Neptune Parents,

How about those Neptunes?! It was chilly at the pool but our red hot swimming kept us warm! We couldn’t be more pleased by how everyone pulled together from start to finish, our team really shined. Thank you to everyone-coaches, parents, volunteers and kids for your effort and positive attitude. Meet Results: BF @ CK

Upcoming Events:

• Monday June 28th-7:30-8:30pm Messy Games @ Cherry Field for 11 and up
• Tuesday June 29th-6:30-8:30pm Pirate’s Cove Fundraiser, $12 admission
• No practice Monday July 5th, pool will be closed
• RMSL Virtual Finals Date: Championship Under the Stars July 16th- 6:30pm @ CK pool

Reminders:

• Swim-a-Lap money due June 27th to the red CKST box at the pool or Janette Hoskinson
• Pictures for team slideshow due June 27th, look on the homepage for info.
• RMSL is selling finals t-shirts, check out the link RMSL Finals 2021. Order online and parent reps will pick up at Out of Breath Sports and make sure t-shirts get to families. Order deadline June 30th
• Calling all bakers-We are looking for several families to bake a dozen cupcakes for 4th of July at the pool. Profits from the bake sale go directly to the swim team. Sign up here: 4th of July Cupcakes. If you signed up at the pool you have automatically been signed up on the Sign Up Genius.
• Be on the lookout for another fundraising event on the 4th, the 50/50 raffle. The odds are pretty good, why not buy a ticket?!
• Pictures should be ready later this week, check family folders.

Additional Thank-You’s:

• Kelly Kizzier for chairing moonlight practice. The kids had a blast, fun was had by all.
• Katie Hess for chairing the swim team meatball dinner and all the volunteers who cooked, served and cleaned up. The food was delicious and the weather cooperated, woo hoo!
• Sorry to those of you who chaired events and were not previously recognized:Dara McCabe-Kick of Dinner, Missy Crew-Kidnap Breakfast, Rita Fitzpatrick-Swim-a-Lap, Picture Day Coordinators-Deb Hilgert & Marcy Singer. We are keeping our fingers crossed we have not forgotten anyone!
