Good Morning Neptune Nation,

It’s official, another summer swim season is in the books and this is your last Neptune News! We hope you enjoyed your time on the team and give it a “do again” for next year. Last night we wrapped up with our RMSL virtual Finals “Championship Under the Stars”. The weather was perfect, everyone did their part to make the night happen and most importantly we all had fun in a super relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to everyone, we did it! Business:

• It’s not too late to contribute to the coaches’ tip jar! The tip jar will close today at 5pm. Coaches' Tip Jar 2021
• We want your feedback! Take a minute to fill out our 2021 End of Season Survey. Please be specific when leaving comments at the bottom of the survey.
• Finals Medals-Will be available for pick up in Family Folders starting Sunday after 5pm.
• Event Chairs/Leadership Team- Those of you who chaired events this season, (Kick off Dinner, Moonlight Practice, Messy Games, Kidnap Breakfast, Swim-a-Lap, Meatball Sub Dinner, Ribbons) if you would like to chair this event again for next season please us know via email [email protected]. Those of you on the leadership team we would also like to know if you are willing to stay on. We know it’s early but it will make planning for next season easier. If you are currently not a chair but would like to be, let us know! Stepping into a leadership position is a great way to learn more about the team and meet even more people.
• We’re still looking for another parent rep to join our team! The lovely Amy Lieberthal and Laura Pederson are super easy to work with and the team needs you. If Laura can sign up to be a parent rep after only one season with the team and no prior swim team knowledge we are certain you can do the job too. Without parent reps to man the helm we won’t have a swim team, seriously. It’s time to “dare greatly” and step into the area.
