Good Morning Neptune Parents,

Happy holiday weekend, we hope you are enjoying the fresh air and sunshine with family, friends and neighbors!

• Meet entry opens today at 12pm and closes on Tuesday, May 31st at 10pm (firm deadline-no late entries will be accepted!) for our first official meet of the season on June 4th against Bow Mar South @ CK pool.
• STEP 1) Please log on to Swimmingly https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app and declare whether your swimmer is attending or not and choose up to 3 races for your swimmer. How to complete meet declarations: https://support.swimmingly.app/how-do-i-complete-meet-declarations
• *NEW THIS YEAR! We will assume all swimmers registered for a meet are also available for both early AND late relays. If they are NOT, please send an email to Coach Mack letting her know: early relays only, late relays only, or no relays. [email protected]
• STEP 2) Sign up for your meet job if you have a swimmer swimming via https://ckswimteam.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• No practice Monday May 30th, it’s Memorial Day.
• We will be selling wristbands for our Pirates Cove Fundraiser down at the pool during the pancake breakfast on Memorial Day, cost $12. Please invite your friends and family!
• Intersquad meet Wednesday June 1st @ CK pool @ 6pm. This is a great opportunity for us all to practice running and swimming in a meet. You will receive a meet email Tuesday with more details and reminders about the Intersquad meet.
• Do you have a swimmer interested in improving their Freestyle stroke? Sign up here Swim Clinic June 7th, the clinic is limited to 20 swimmers, $20 cash each.
• If you did not pick up your free parent t-shirt sponsored by the Steller Group during the Kick Off Dinner or ordered gear from Out of Breath Sports please be on the lookout for it down at the pool or during the meet. We are still waiting for the arrival of our second order of gear, thank you for your patience.
