Neptune News Volume 2 2023
Neptune News, Volume 2
6/3/23
Good Morning Neptune Nation,
Thank you to everyone who came out, participated, cheered, volunteered and contributed to our first meet even though the cold and rainy weather was not what we hoped for. We were not able to swim long enough to make the meet official, though all that signed up to swim will still get credit for one of the 2 meets they need to participate in to be considered for prelims and finals. Thinking positive thoughts for sunny and warmer weather for our next meet!
Thank you to our Neptune parent volunteers that work the entire meet to help them run smoothly, our swim team would not be the same without them. Thanks to Jeni Finnigan, Melissa Pevarnik, Scott Webster, Jessica Galliegos, Ashlee Lubert, Robin Bryant, Sara Cuthbert & Jennifer Betcke. Also, a BIG thank you to Missy Crew for chairing the kick-off dinner and helping to coordinate all our social volunteers this season.
Thank you to the Stellar group for being swim team sponsors again this year!
