Practice tomorrow night (TUES) is CANCELED due to weather.  The weather at the time of practice is forecasted to be in the low 50s with a chance of thunderstorms.  The first practice of the season will be  WED afternoon/evening.  

THIS YEARS INTRASQUAD MEET  IS NEXT  WED MAY 29th @ 5:30 pm.

We are excited to announce that we are doing the intrasquad meet this year with the Knolls. The meet will be a home meet at Cherry Knolls.

You can declare your swimmer for the intrasquad meet starting on Tuesday 5/21 at noon until Thursday 5/23 at 10pm.

Meet sign up is through Swimtopia. Every family who has a swimmer competing in the meet must sign up for a meet job.  

The meet will look a little different than a normal meet  to keep it on the shorter side. Every swimmer can swim 2 individual events and 1 relay. The coaches assign the relays. We decreased all distances to 50 meters (except for the Medley Relay and the 25 meter swims for the little ones). We also took out the IMs & Free Relays (end of the meet) but left the Free Relays for 6& Under at the beginning.

We will have a food truck available to purchase food and homemade ice cream sandwiches available for purchase.

Meet Timeline:

• 4:15- 4:45 PM – Cherry Knolls swimmers warm-up
• 4:45- 5:15 – Visiting team swimmers warm-up
• 5:05 – Scratch meeting (upstairs in our clubhouse)
• 5:10 – Stroke Judge and Timers (both shifts) meeting by the starter tent with Starter/Ref
• 5:15 - Heating begins for events 1-11
• 5:25 – National Anthem
• 5:30 – Meet begins
