Good Morning Neptune Families,
Happy Memorial Day weekend! We hope you are enjoying the kick off to summer with family, friends and neighbors! Below, find some details about the week ahead.
MAY 27 - JUNE 1
- Meet #1: We know our Instrasquad Meet hasn’t even occurred yet, but it’s time to start thinking about our first official meet on Saturday 6/1 - Ben Franklin @ Cherry Knolls. ***Declare your swimmer(s) for events starting TODAY 5/26 at NOON until TUESDAY 5/28 at 10:00PM***
Important reminders:
*NO late entries will be accepted!
*Each FAMILY is required to sign-up for ONE volunteer job per meet in which their swimmer(s) is participating
*Select availability for relays. If your swimmer(s) is NOT able to be at the meet on time or needs to leave early, please indicate this so coaches may plan accordingly when forming relays.
How to declare your swimmer for a meet + sign-up for a volunteer job:
- Go to: https://ckswimteam.swimtopia.com
- Log in > Schedules > Meet/Event Schedules >
- Next to June 1 Meet, click on green Meet Entry and Job Signup

- Monday, May 27: No practice - enjoy the holiday!
- Tuesday, May 28: Our first Take-Out Tuesday fundraiser of the season will be at Chick-Fil-A in Southglenn from 4-7PM! Use code “Cherry” when ordering online or mention CKST if dining-in.
- Wednesday 5/29: Intrasquad Meet at CK pool @ 5:30PM with The Knolls. This is a great opportunity for all of us to practice running a meet. No MORNING practice that day.
Timeline: 4:15 - CKST warm-up
4:45 - The Knolls warm-up
5:15 - Heating beings for events #1-11
5:25 - National Anthem
5:30 - Meet begins
- Regular morning practices on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Practice Reminders: Please ensure you pick up any trash and put away chairs after your practice. Thank you for helping to keep a tidy pool area!
- Swim Lessons: For those of you interested in scheduling one-on-one swim lessons with any of the head and assistant coaches, check out the Coaches/Jr Coaches page on our website for their contact information.
