We are the champions!!!!

Our team won our division for the second year in a row and took home the 1st place division C trophy! We also took home the 1st place division C trophies for girls 6 and under, boys 7-8, boys 9-10, girls 13-14 and girls 15-18. All those that participated in prelims and finals did an amazing job. There were some amazing races and personal records broken at prelims and finals.

Overall this season we had 5 Cherry Knolls records broken (4 at Finals). Congrats to Henry Sundberg, Milo Hilst, Teresa Rose Gallegos, Finn Ahl-Hinson and the boys 9-10 Medley Relay (Milo Hilst, Bryce Nelson, Jack Moskoff and Charlie Moskoff).

If anyone is missing a finals medal or has the wrong one please let a parent rep know.

We also want to thank everyone for supporting all our team fundraisers this year including the meatball dinner, swim-a-lap, take out Tues, Pirates Cove and 4th of July. Through all these fundraisers we were able to rebuild our teams savings account and had money left to give the coaches all a bonus. Through a RMSL survey this year we found we have one of the lowest dues and lowest salaries for the coaches so we were thrilled to be-able to give our coaches all a bonus to make up for the deficit and reward all their hard work this year.

In the next couple of weeks we will be sending out an end of the year survey so please be on the lookout. As one season ends we start planning for the next 🙂.
