Hi Neptune families, This Saturday 6/14, the Neptunes will host Bow Mar South Sharks! The scheduled start time is 8:00 AM. It will be a long, fun day with the meet scheduled to end around 2pm. Looks like it’s going to be a warm and sunny day, so don’t forget lots of sunscreen and water! Upon your arrival, don’t forget to grab your volunteer sticker from the volunteer job board and complete your meet job. If you have any questions, please find Liz Glenn or any parent rep. Thank you in advance for being an integral part in making our meet run smoothly! ***CKST had a great meet last weekend and we look forward to another fun meet this weekend with lots of great competition. **If your swimmer does not receive their spirit swag before the meet, please stop by the fastest fish table to claim your swag. MEET #3 INFORMATION: Bow Mar South @ CK *Meet Timeline: 6:45-7:15 – CK swimmers warm-up 7:15-7:45 – Bow Mar South swimmers warm-up 7:30 – Scratch meeting (upstairs in our clubhouse) 7:45 - Heating begins for events #1-11 7:50 – Stroke Judge and Timers meeting - BOTH shifts (starter tent with Starter/Ref) 7:55 – National Anthem 8:00 – Meet begins *Heat Sheet: Attached below. Feel free to print, but also know that your swimmer’s event and heat information can be accessed on your Swimtopia app during the meet! *Scratches: If your swimmer is sick/your family has an emergency and will not be able to participate, please text or call Coach Kate-Hayden (303.305.9608) and/or Coach Lucy (303.478.3262) by 7:00 AM Saturday so that events and relays can be adjusted. Scratching is reserved for emergencies or illness ONLY. Your teammates depend on you for the relays! *Meet Survival Guide:https://ckswimteam. *Theme: Hawaiian theme, bring your best Hawaiian gear! *Concessions: We will have breakfast fare (burritos, donuts, etc.) and a variety of snacks & treats for sale, so come hungry!
