We are excited to kick off the 2025 RMSL Champion Season. Attached, you will find the Heat Sheet for the 13-18 Prelims, which will be hosted by Stonegate on Monday, July 7th. We look forward to an exciting meet. Let’s go Neptunes! Swim FAST!

* Protests can only be done by a parent representative.
* All spectators, athletes, and coaches must adhere to the RMSL Code of Conduct.
* Please be respectful of the Stonegate community, park in designated areas, and do not block any of their neighbors' driveways.
**Scratching is ONLY for EMERGENCIES! Please contact coaches if there is an Emergency (Kate-Hayden 303.305.9608 and Lucy 303.478.3262).
