We are excited to kick off the 2025 RMSL Champion Season. Attached, you will find the Heat Sheet for the 9-10 Prelims, which will be hosted by Heritage Greens on Wednesday, July 9th. We look forward to an exciting meet. Let’s go Neptunes! Swim FAST!

* Protests can only be done by a parent representative.
* All spectators, athletes, and coaches must adhere to the RMSL Code of Conduct.
* Please be respectful of the community, park in designated areas, and do not block any neighbors' driveways.
