-The annual CK 4th of July event was a success! So many people came together to pull off this celebration, and we appreciate EVERYONE who stepped in to support our community!! Hats off to Laura Lassen & Sarah Keene for their efforts to feed over 500 people lunch…you were rockstars!!! We would also like to recognize Kara Harris, our Fundraising Chair, for her coordination with the Cashiers & 50/50 Raffle!!!! Teamwork makes the dreamwork, & CKST has an amazing team of volunteers who found the time this season to support all of our kids!!!!!

-This year’s cupcake winners were Neptunes!

-Prelims Fiesta tonight (5-7PM) at the pool! Dinner will be served for swimmers and many fun activities are planned!! Bathing suits not required, but since the pool will be open until 9PM, of course swimming is an option.

-End of Season Banquet for ALL families Sunday, July 13 (5:30-8PM). Join the team in Cherry Field to celebrate all of our swimmers’ accomplishments this summer! Bring chairs, a blanket, and a picnic dinner. Following the awards, swimmers will have a special dessert and watch a fun slide show. Many people dress up in their summer’s best!

-Be sure to talk to current Parent Reps about what role you see yourself filling for next season! There are lots of ways to get involved!! We need TWO additional Parent Reps!!
